Setting up your work space

We now work with computers and screens at work, at home and on the run, but how do we set up our workspace and manage those common aches and pains we all experience after spending time at the computer?

This set of two fun, interactive talks (14 Feb and 6 June) shows you how. We guarantee you will leave each talk with at least three easy to apply tips that will decrease your pain and increase your productivity. Whether you work in an office or in a coffee shop, these talks are for you!

Liz Kirk (PhD) is one of Australia’s leading researchers and trainers in skill-based office ergonomics and injury prevention for computer users. As the owner and principal trainer of Practical Ergonomicsand the ‘Get Comfortable’ programs, Liz provides a range of talks and training that demonstrate the practical and easy things we can do every day to help prevent the pain and discomfort we all feel when using a computer for long periods.
