This real estate map from 1927 advertises 34 allotments of land for sale at the Sekenore Estate, located in the Brisbane northside suburb of Kedron. The allotments were situated along Cremorne Road, Gail Street, Armentieres Street and Nieppe Street.
Prior to the sale extensive publicity was published in Brisbane newspapers.
“This beautiful estate fronts Cremorne Road, within a minute of the Kedron tram, situated on a nice ridge with gradual slopes, perfect roads, nice surroundings, and electric, water, schools, churches, and picture theatre handy. This is one of the nicest estates in the fast-growing Kedron district, and enjoys all the cool sea breezes, being only 6 miles from the bay.” (The Telegraph, 10 June 1927, p.20)
