Wayne Denning will share his business insights with inspiring Queensland entrepreneurs on Thursday 31 August

On Thursday August 31, State Library will host Game Changers: In conversation with Queensland business leader Wayne Denning onsite at South Bank. We want to open up the event to regional entrepreneurs, start-ups, students and the business community, as well as invite them to discover a range of resources to assist in business planning and research available through the Business Studio. Sound like something your community might be interested in?

Your library will be required to host a livestream of the Game Changers event on Thursday 31 August, from 6-7pm, followed by a networking event. We encourage you to reach out to your business community, source a suitable local MC and seek sponsorship opportunities for the event.

In return, State Library will fund the catering for the event, provide at least one staff member to assist you locally on the day, assist you to share the resources available through the Business Studio, and provide event planning advice as required.

Why don’t you be the first library to embrace this pilot project and reach new audiences in your community by submitting your EOI by Monday 5 June 2017? For queries, please contact regionalpartnerships@slq.qld.gov.au.
