"A Legacy of Light – Five Generations of Photographers 1863-2012" exhibition – Warwick Art Gallery

From 23 February to 1 April 2012 the Warwick Art Gallery is hosting an exhibition of photographs called “A Legacy of Light: Five Generations of Photographers: 1863-2012”. This exhibition displays images taken by five generations of the same family, starting with Christopher Roggenkamp, a young German migrant who opened a photographic studio in Warwick in 1863. 

The “A Legacy of Light” exhibition includes several images from the collections of the State Library of Queensland including the Roggenkamp Family Photograph Album.
